Après le magnifique Lunana, qui a valu au Bhoutan sa première nomination aux Oscars, Pawo Choyning Dorji est de retour avec un conte révélateur de la sagesse au pays du «Bonheur National Brut». Alors que le roi décide d’instaurer la démocratie, un moine se lance dans une quête mystérieuse et un touriste américain tente de débusquer un vieux fusil. Un film empli d’humour et d’humanisme.
